At FIShR we charge just 5% of the NDIS hourly rate for supports delivered which represents a significant saving from the rates used by traditional providers and other online support platforms. We do this because we understand that the work of direct supports can be complex and requires a skill set and dedication to building sustainable and intentional relationships.

SHARED MANAGEMENT (SMM)

Do feel like just another number?

Shared Management offers participants and their support workers (partners) the ability to co-design and take control. Unlike independent support workers FIShR partners are fully supported by a comprehensive quality management process, focusing on achieving outcomes and exceptional-quality support.

Our Shared-Management partners can operate as sole traders or as a coordinator of supports both of which are mentored and supported by senior FIShR staff with years of experience in the delivery of individualised support.

Are you and your supports recognised for the skills and attributes you bring?

Our SMM Partners are recognised and rewarded for the skills and attributes that make them great supports. We understand that the real work of the NDIS happens in the homes and community of participants. Our partners can earn up to $62 per hour (inclusive of super and workers compensation) during the week and more on weekends and nights.

We place great emphasis on ensuring that our NDIS participants receive the highest level of support while maintaining integrity and compliance with NDIS guidelines. Our partners have access to ongoing training, incident and restrictive practice reporting systems. Participants have full visibility into how their NDIS funds are being utilised to support their goals and aspirations and retain ownership of their information.
