Participants and their primary contacts utilise FIShR to:
Plan and manage supports with their chosen team
Review and keep track of live schedules
Review daily reports, images from support and track progress towards goals
Monitor and review RP use
Review and store customised support plans
Review and provide feedback on incident management
Identify risks and mitigation strategies
Track funding usage
Review FIShR's policies and procedures
Provide feedback on the quality of supports provide (Quality Management)
Lodge complaints and feedback about services provided
